Ms. Zhu Jun is the Chairwoman of Silk Road Fund. Before joining the Fund, she worked for the People’s Bank of China as Director-General of the International Department after taking various roles in the bank’s Policy Research Office, the General Administration Department and the International Department. From September 2003 to December 2005, she worked at the Bank for International Settlements as an Economist. Ms. Zhu holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Peking University.

Silk Road Fund has established a Strategic Planning Committee under the Board of Directors. To support the Fund’s long-term sustainable development, the main responsibility of the Committee is to consult and advise the Board on development strategy and planning of the Fund, and to assist the Board in its decision-making.
Silk Road Fund has established a Remuneration Committee under the Board of Directors. Its main responsibility is to advise the Board on performance review and compensation management of the Fund and its senior management, assist the Board in its decision-making and supervise the implementation of relevant schemes.
Silk Road Fund has established a Sustainable Investment Committee under the Board of Directors. Its main duties are to formulate the Fund’s sustainable investment disclosure guidelines, adapt the Fund’s investments and operations to latest developments in the international market and regulatory landscape, and enhance the Fund’s market reputation as a responsible investor.
