  • Our Ethics

    Silk Road Fund (SRF) is committed to ensuring that all employees act with honesty and integrity, and hold themselves to the highest standards of ethics and conduct. SRF employees shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and firm policies and always follow the Code.

  • Avoiding Conflicts of Interest

    SRF employees shall avoid conflict of interest and report any such occurrence. SRF employees shall avoid activities or relationship that might affect their objectivity in making decisions or undermine their credibility in performing duties on behalf of SRF. Potential conflicts may arise in a variety of ways, including through doing part-time jobs, engaging in activities in competition with the company, carrying out related-party transactions and conducting personal investments or wealth management activities, etc.

  • Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

    SRF employees are prohibited from engaging in any form of bribery and corruption. SRF employees shall never give, offer, promise, solicit, or accept anything of value – whether directly or indirectly, whether monetary or non-monetary – if it is intended or could be perceived as intended to improperly influence their business decisions.

  • Gifts and Business Hospitality

    When dealing business, SRF employees shall not accept any gifts or hospitality, which do not appear to be common business practice or social courtesy, or may improperly influence their business decisions.

  • Managing Information

    SRF employees shall properly use and process information obtained in work, and protect any confidential information and personal data. SRF employees shall not engage in insider trading or other illegal activities by exploiting material non-public information.

  • Using Company Assets

    SRF employees shall properly use and maintain company assets, both physical assets and intellectual property, against any embezzlement or illegal disposal.

  • Whistleblowing and Non-retaliation

    SRF employees have the right and the obligation to report violations of the Code and firm policies, as well as laws and regulations that govern SRF business. SRF strictly protects the confidentiality of any such reporting and prohibits retaliation.  Employees can submit reports to the physical mailbox of “Xinfang” (i.e., Letter and Visit) or email concerns to xinfang@silkroadfund.com.cn.
