In October 2025, Silk Road Fund and Partners Group, a Swiss-based global private markets firm, signed legal documents to establish the "Silk Road Fund-Partners Group Co-Investment Platform". With a committed capital of €800 million or its equivalent in RMB, the platform focuses on private equity and private infrastructure assets across Europe and global emerging markets. The establishment of this platform will further deepen China’s financial cooperation with Switzerland and more broadly with Europe. It also helps promote the international use of RMB and high-quality Belt and Road development.
