BNR HK Flagship Impact Fund Starts Operation

On April 30, 2024, Silk Road Fund (SRF) and Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) officially signed the Limited Partnership Agreement concerning BNR HK Flagship Impact Fund L.P. (the Fund). This event marked the initiation of the Fund.

The Fund was established in accordance with the Cooperation Framework Agreement signed by SRF and HKMA for the BNR Joint Investment Platform on October 19, 2023. With SRF as the General Partner, the Fund has a total capital commitment of USD 1 billion or the equivalent of RMB in the first phase, and will focus on investment opportunities in areas such as energy transition and infrastructure, while exploring other ESG-related investment themes as well.
