In July 2023, Silk Road Fund (SRF) invested in Asia Pacific University (APU), a renowned private university in Malaysia established in 1993. Specialized in information technology, APU has more than 10 thousand students from over 120 countries and regions. Over the years, it has been training talents in IT, business management, engineering and other disciplines for the Southeast Asian and South Asian regions. This is SRF’s first investment in the education sector in Southeast Asia, which helps improve local education and promote local employment.
